Your support allows us to: Deploy our "Sovereign Search" tools to hospitals: We build secure software that acts like a highly trained research assistant and send it to hospitals at no cost. This tool works inside the hospital’s own secure computer system (behind their firewall) to read doctor's notes and spot the hidden signs of rare diseases. It allows us to find undiagnosed patients without a single private medical record ever leaving the safety of the hospital building.

Provide pro bono expertise: We offer free regulatory and data consulting to academic researchers and smaller non-profits who have brilliant ideas but lack the funds to navigate the complex path to FDA approval.

Democratize access to trials: By covering the cost of this technology, we can install it in rural and community hospitals—ensuring that a patient’s ability to be found for a clinical trial doesn't depend on living near a wealthy research center.

Create open resources: We produce and share free educational materials to help the entire rare disease community navigate the evolving landscape of orphan drug development.
