1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to www.regalintel.com (the "Site"), operated by Regal Intel ("Regal Intel," "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. By accessing or using our Site, donating, creating an account, or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

2. No Medical Advice (CRITICAL DISCLAIMER)

THE CONTENT ON THIS SITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.

Regal Intel is a research consortium and technology provider; we are not a medical care provider.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Nothing contained on this Site is intended to create a physician-patient relationship, nor does it constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult Professionals: Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

Emergency: If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately.

3. Scope of Services & Clinical Platform

Public Website: These Terms apply to the public-facing pages of the Site, including our donation portal, contact forms, and educational content.

Sovereign Intelligence Platform: Access to our secure "Sovereign AI" clinical research platform, hospital dashboards, and partner portals is governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA), Data Use Agreements (DUA), or Partner Contracts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific Partner Contract, the Partner Contract shall control regarding the use of that specific platform.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features (e.g., Partner Portals), you may be required to register an account.

Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect a violation of these Terms or unauthorized access.

5. Donations and Payments

Regal Intel is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity.

Processing: Donations are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By donating, you agree to their respective terms of service.

Refunds: Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. If you have made an error in your donation amount, please contact us within [72 hours] at service@regalintel.com.

Tax Deductibility: Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by United States law. You will receive a receipt for your records, but you are responsible for verifying the tax implications of your donation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

Upload PHI: STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You must not upload, attach, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI) identifying specific patients through public contact forms or "Attach File" features on this Site. PHI must only be transmitted via our designated secure clinical channels.

Violate Laws: Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.

Harm the Tech: Distribute viruses, malware, or engage in "scraping," "crawling," or "spidering" our data.

Impersonate: Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including the "Sovereign AI" methodology, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Regal Intel and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use (or for the internal business use of evaluating our services).

Trademarks: "Regal Intel," "Sovereign Intelligence," and our logo are trademarks of Regal Intel. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., NORD, FDA.gov, partner hospitals). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

REGAL INTEL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGAL INTEL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Regal Intel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
