Project JANUS (Joint Analysis of Networks for Undiagnosed Systems) is a multi-center translational initiative designed to dismantle the "Diagnostic Odyssey" through a sovereign, decentralized intelligence network. By bridging the gap between clinical research, community-wide screening, and patient foundation registries, JANUS establishes a collaborative ecosystem capable of overcoming the data sparsity problem inherent in rare and complex diseases.
