Our Strategic Focus Regal Intel, in collaboration with Regal Intel, brings singular focus to the problem of data fragmentation. We are building the world’s first Sovereign Intelligence Network. By focusing our technology on the spaces between hospitals—bridging the gaps where patients get lost—we ensure that no valid clinical signal goes unnoticed.

Our Solution: We deploy Sovereign AI focused specifically on phenotypic extraction. Our algorithms scan millions of records to find the specific "constellation of symptoms" that indicates a rare condition, flagging these patients for their doctors before irreversible damage occurs. 

2. Focusing on Evidence (Synthetic Control Arms) The Challenge: Finding patients for placebo arms in rare disease trials is slow, expensive, and ethically difficult. Our Solution: We focus on generating Regulatory-Grade Real-World Evidence (RWE). By creating high-fidelity "digital twins" from historical data, we allow biotech partners to focus their trials on the active therapy, reducing the need for placebo groups. 

3. Focusing on Equity (Democratized Access) The Challenge: Geography determines destiny. Patients near major research centers get trials; patients in rural areas get left behind. Our Solution: We focus on decentralization. By networking community hospitals, we bring the clinical trial infrastructure to the patient.
